FPS Lock?

Not sure if this had anything to do with the latest update, but I noticed that my FPS is being locked at 60. Is there a way to unlock this? Here are my specs: http://puu.sh/gWanL/e31393dadf.png

vsync is on by default with this patch
just disable vsync in settings
