try default cfg, turn off vsync and set all to low/off, don’t touch shooterengine.ini

I reinstalled but my custom settings are still there for some reason and vsync is still on

Try deleting the UnrealEngine3\ShooterGame\Config\ShooterEngine folders. (Your custom settings are saved there.)

Located in-Documents\MyGames\UnrealEngine3\ShooterGame\Config\ShooterEngine

Outside of game I seem to get maxfps to whatever I set it (100+) but ingame I get around 60-70 max despite changing settings and putting vsync off (both through GPU and ingame/.ini settings)

Owell I’ve set it to 60-70 minmax now, it’s sufficient.
