FPS Lag in brink...

So ive had the same PC for about 2 years now and ive been able to run every game ive played in MAX graphics, literally the highest graphics you can possibly go, such as black ops,mw2,WoW, w/e but when i play brink i go in with 20 FPS and i have everything on Low, basically anything i can do to decrease FPS lag has been done, but i still have 20 FPS

My specs are:

Processor: Intel® Core™ 2 Quad CPU Q9400 @ 2.66Hz (4CPUs), ~2.7GHz
G-card: Nvidia Geforce GTS 250 (dual)
Ram: 4k MB
Op. System: Windows 7 home premium 64-bit

Have you updated your graphics card drivers? You should really be getting more fps than that.

The game is complete utter ****… It’s not even ****ing finnished yet! AI is dumb as ****, there’s nothing compared to the pre-videos they released, there’s FPS lag, there’s internet (ping) lag, etc etc… I am sooo disappointed. I wish I got it on Xbox. Then I could turn the game back in the store.
