FPS drops after new update

After the new fine tuning update ive been getting frequent FPS drops and so has my friend. I usually get a stable 60fps or so but now every minute or so Ive been getting drops to about 20-30FPS. I really doubt its my computer since I just recently upgraded and have been playing dirty bomb on a smooth 60fps. Anybody else having this problem?
