FPS drop in mid-game?

It all happens after 2 minutes in a game… My ATI version is 11.2

SD mislead on Minimum requirements so they could sell more games. we are in the same boat. Our computers are below minimum specs. If they cared they would be patching it all weekend.

That should not be the cause, as I am able to run it in 40 - 60 FPS the first 2 minutes. It’s like it’s limiting my FPS somehow.

They have no mislead the minimum specs. Having a 5770 listed as below minimum is crazy.

I think your head is getting mixed up. I don’t think you can tell the difference between lying about the system specs and having an issue with AMD graphics cards. The latter of which they are investigating now, though in part it is due to AMD.

Do you think that the performance in this game surprised SD? Basically, they knew this was going to happen, AMD/ati cards have been around for a while. and plus i would love to see a 2 gig win7 machine with ati 2900 pro run this game. what a joke. its easy to blame ati/amd but SD knew the statuts of the cards when this game was release a week early.
