FPS drop causes Video and Audio lag EVERY TIME!

I am having major audio and video lag about every 30mins into the game. My frames were averaging from low 20’s-40’s last time it was lagging. Normally i have frames from 40’s-60’s (average) while playing.

The only recent thing I have gotten was a sound card. However, just to make sure I restored my PC to before getting the soundcard, and have disabled all sound options besides my “High Definition audio device” in Device manager.

Nothing else on my computer lags, except this game, and it is EVERY TIME about 30mins into the game.

CPU and Ram are looking fair while lag is happening.

I also have verified the game cache, and am now going back to older Graphics Drivers.

Any help will be AWESOME!!!

Nvidia GTX 760
12GB RAM
Intel Core i7 2.67Ghz
1TB HD (game is on)
250gb Solid State

So, I rolled back to my original old drivers, and I am still getting this problem. However, I have discovered it is DEFINITELY with my FPS dropping. Worst lag is around 17FPS, and it ranges in the 20’s/30’s as well.

It starts dropping EVERY 30mins about. PLEASE HELP!
