so while playing Dirty Bomb i mentioned my FPS dropping in to 19 fps to 9 fps,tried to lower everything in Dirty Bomb (p.s using windows 7 ultimate) then i recache the game from steam nothing happened.Can someone think of it how to fix it,if you know just leave a comment below.

Do check your gpu drivers, very often nvidia update drivers and fail to install correctly resulting in very bad performance , have tou tried reinstalling those or rebooting pc?

Hello.
Try updating the driver, perhaps the one you have right now is faulty or outdated.
Dirty Bomb runs on the Unreal Engine 3 so a strong CPU is required to achieve good performance while your graphics card doesn’t have a huge impact.
Note that most other games and engines are reversed in that matter.
Wait for the new update going live tomorrow featuring optimization and thus performance improvements.
