FOV

All ironsights, but set at different values.

but increasing FOV means increasing the perceived distance by player.
you will sometimes get stabbed by phantom that arent in melee distance even though in reality its already closer than you think it is.

except in reality the phantom is really far away, but he lags and from his POV he hit you, because DB is a fast game and they gave a katana to a fast merc who can run for meters during the 500ms of his ping.

But I think the biggest reason to increase FOV is to make running around appear faster, to compensate for all the boring pauses in the game. And then to see more of what’s around, which is important for 4/3 monitors like my CRT.

I’m using the default 65. I liked it the way it was and kinda sticked with it, never really bothered to try and adapt to a higher one. Aside from that my screen isn’t that large, couple that with the ever so irritating objective markers blocking your vision I’d rather not make it worse.

Default user here also , not changed it for last 2 yrs but with all the talk recently in this thread thought would give a higher FOV a go , just couldn’t get my head around it and lasted a whole 3 games before reverting back to default .
