Listen up Founders,

Those of you who have purchased a Founders pack that includes either physical goods or a Merc Loadout, should have received an email requesting your Merc Loadout choice, or physical goods delivery details. Please be sure to submit this information ASAP as we will be moving forward with this process relatively soon.

Please submit your details by the 5th of September. That is the final date for Founders Loadout choice and delivery address submission. If you miss it, you miss the shipment!

Why do you provide a Merc Loadout choice OR physical goods delivery details?

[li]If your package contains physical goods, it also contains all 5 skins, meaning you don’t need to choose which you want, you get them all![/li][/ul]
What do the Founders Loadouts contain?

[li]The big thing is the Founder’s skin. That’s the differentiator.[/li][/ul]
When will my Founders Pack contents be delivered?

[li]Orders will be put in for the various physical goods to be produced shortly after the 5th of September deadline. Production can take a couple of months to complete. With that done, everything needs to be shipped to a third party for packaging which’ll add yet more time. There are multiple external dependencies in the pipeline, so we’re hesitant to nail a specific date down. All we can say at this point is that we’re hoping to get your gear to you WELL before the big man in a red suit takes his annual trip around the world.[/li][li]When it comes to digital and in-game content. That stuff’ll likely make it in-game after the physical goods are delivered. We’ll work to keep you abreast of the status of all founders pack content as and when we hit milestones with it :).[/li][/ul]
I’m due a gun tag but didn’t receive an email. What’s up?

[li]No need to worry, this is intended. Only those who either had to choose a Merc Loadout, or submit a shipping address received this email. If you are entitled to a gun tag but neither of the above, you will still get your tag.[/li][/ul]

Could we have a consensus on the the credits naming convention?

What happens when you find a loadout with the same merc, that is better than the one we have paid for. Can you use the augments and keep the skin?

First name “Your handle” Last name?

The T-Shirt/Hoodie/Beanie designs? They’re pretty much as shown in the initial offer, but sure, I’ll try and track down the prototypes and see if they’re worth taking some pics of.

The naming convention that I would suggest would be Firstname “Nickname” Surname. I’ll get that updated tomorrow to be more explicit.

Yup, you’ve got the right idea with regards the naming convention.

As for the Loadout. There is a chance that that could happen. We will try to avoid that though. I’m not going to go into specifics, but there are a number of potential ways to make it work.

Cause a EU “Large size” is the “medium size” in US.

In its infinite wisdom, Hotmail figured it should trash that email, by-passing even my junk folder and sending it directly to the delete bin because the subject contained the word “delivery”. Thank you Microsoft :mad:

Anyways, my info was already up to date, but it was worth the visit just to see the updated Founders’ merc models: they look really badass :cool:

The style of the camo reminds me a lot of the Swedish M90 which I consider one of the coolest-looking camo ever :smiley:

That’d be pretty sweet for sure. I’m afraid that the shirts won’t have the names on them though…at least not by default. By all means feel free to add your own ;).

There are of course variances across brands and regions, but in general the difference between them isn’t an entire step. The gear is being created in Europe though.
