Founder's Loudout Card

Hey, is there still any chance I can get my Founder’s Loudout Card? I didnt play when the game came to Steam, started again late November, but Ive never got my special card. I wrote to communitymanager@splashdamage.com, but no answer. Plz help. :wink:

Contacting the community manager should be your best bet :s How long ago did you send an email? It may just be a delayed response.

You have to activate them yourself via a Steam key. It has been sent in the email associated to your Warchest account, named ‘Dirty Bomb is back: Activate your Founders Pack key!’ and is dated March 26th 2015. Besides granting you access to your founder skins, it also unlocks all associated mercs.

You can review you account settings (incl. your associated email address) at https://auth.warchest.com/settings/account
You can review your founder status (if any) at https://secure.warchest.com/dirtybomb/purchases/products

After that keep bugging shoe until he sorts it out.

i sent shoe a pm about this cards…in nov 2015…til today i recieved 3 mails from him…but not the cards…

Problem is I can’t find such an email. I could accidentally deleted it or it got into my spam. Unfortunately it was a time I didnt care much about DB :frowning:
