I already deleted the cache. I’m using Chrome on my phone. The color comes back if I go to full site, but it’s spread out and uncomfortable to browse.

Are you still having this problem? I have an S5 and using Chrome and I just brought the forums up on it and they look perfectly fine for mobile and not like your SS.

It seems I was pressing the wrong button when trying to delete my cache. For future people with the problem go to the three dots in upper right corner > History > Clear browsing data > only check "clear the cache " and “clear cookies, site data”.
