Forum Transition Happening Now!

Hey all!

You may have noticed this latest addition to the forums…

Well, as we promised here, we’re switching from using Nexon forum accounts to WarChest forum accounts, starting today!

Your Nexon account will still work in the near future, but you’ll need to merge it with your new or existing WarChest account soon. When your Nexon account becomes invalid with Dirty Bomb, you will lose all of your Dirty Bomb posts and rep unless you’ve linked it to your WarChest account.

We recommend doing this within the next two weeks!

To create your WarChest account or to link your Nexon account to an existing WarChest one, simply log out of your Nexon account, and click ‘Log In’, then follow the steps. If creating a new WarChest account you can choose the same name as your Nexon account (providing it hasn’t been taken) before linking it with your Nexon account.

If you already have a WarChest account and would rather just use that one, just log out and in again, using your WarChest credentials and follow the steps.

If you have any questions, feel free to ask! And remember to tell your friends about the transition. We don’t want anyone left behind.

Is it possible to link accounts when they both have different email addresses? I created a warchest account with my new emailadres which i created for games and games sites, while my dirty bomb account still has the old one.

The email addresses don’t matter. As long as during the migration process you log into the Warchest and Nexon accounts you want, they’ll get linked.

Is there any way to tell whether or not linking accounts did work? I logged out and back in on the Warchest landing page which then asked me to log into the old Nexon forums, but then everything looked as usual again.

If you logged in with a Warchest account and still have all of your posts, rep, signature and so on, linking to the Nexon-based forum account worked.

You should only be asked to log into your Nexon account once. After you do it once, it’ll only ask you to log in with Warchest in the future.

I did the steps i was asked to do and got this message:

You will be automatically logged out of this account over the next few days while we migrate the forums to WarChest.
If you have an existing Nexon account, you will be asked to link it with a WarChest account.

Does it means it’s ok or i missed something?

I get the message too, I’m pretty sure everyone does though regardless of having switched over to a warchest account.

Wooo I have migrated. Finally I can put that warchest account to use (can’t even remember why I created it, maybe for Dirty Bomb when it was still in pre-Nexon phase)

I think it worked for me, but I’m not sure. I went through the process via an SD sign in, but to test it I signed out of the forums and then clicked login again,but it just automatically logged me in to the forums without taking me to a warchest sign in page or asking me for ID and PW.

It does look my avatar has changed color, but, I’m just not 100% certain. I have all my old posts and rep, but how do I know it didn’t just log me in the old way and not link the accounts?

Hello, could someone tell me if i have done wrong any step?. I followed the instructions on the link provided and created a warchest account as i had no one before. Now i log onto warchest, but i don’t see my rep or post count from here on the new warchest forum. Is the transition not done corrected?. Sorry for my english, is not my main language. Thanks in advance!

yes, when I log out and login again, it asked for my warchest account but after that “recover nexon account” window don’t pop up and nothing happens really. I don’t think its working for some people.

I don’t see this pop-up!!! ;(

Is there any way to check if the transition was succesfull?

Okay just to make sure…if Iog out of my forum account here and log back in and it gives me no special text…does that mean I’m already transferred over?
