Alright guys! Basically view this thread as a DBForums Highlighter. We post the best memories or moments, or anything that we find as funny. Think of it as a DB Forum Treasure Hunt! It can be as simple as linking the legendary-est threads on the DB forums, or it can be as complex of screenshotting and explaining events or people!
SO: The few rules of this thread are pretty simple:
- You should NOT be copying everything that lands in previous threads that are intentionally made to be funny. (As in nothing from “Best DirtyBomb Meme" thread or "[url=“http://forums.dirtybomb.nexon.net/discussion/15205/best-of-dirty-bomb-chat”]Best of DB Chat” Thread. (But you may post links to these Threads!) This is largely to stop from LOL spamming from copying and pasting something that someone else worked on. Credit where Credit is due, when possible. :mrgreen:
- These should all be FROM the forums. These can be from user posts, walls, or other moments, etc.
- This thread somewhat carries the purpose of spreading the best highlights of the DB forums and users when possible.
- Completely negative things should not be posted here, such as complaining about the game’s development, or about any user in particular.
- Do NOT Necro (revisit and post in the OLD threads) old posts through this discussion. Instead, applaud good finds to the person that posts them here! And feel free to add "lol"s or whatever your opinions are to the original post as well!
- You MAY comment on your memories pertaining to particular events that are highlighted here!
I’ll give some examples of acceptable content:
EXAMPLE 1:
“He’s more insightful than anything! You don’t see that every day! (unless you’re Faraleth)” (this is a caption, completely optional!)
They can also be of past legends, that cannot be found anymore (please include a description of the legend):
EXAMPLE 2:
This is now an inside joke among many of the older forum users, and it can no longer be found on Raziel’s activity. But I’m pretty sure it was Andy or SereneFlight (2nd of which is now a banned user) that asked the new community manager at the time, Raziel Warmonic, if she liked apples. Her response was somewhere along the lines of “sure”. Then he answered: “Awesome! Apples are very healthy!” Many more thought it was funny. So they immediately spammed Raziel’s account with “Awesome! Apples are very healthy!” It is now a very Looong Running gag that is used in many different places! It was so funny, that several people actually made a thread called “Do you Like Apples?”

OR IS IT!? #GOPHOENIX
I think that this can be a great way to relive past memories, and to show the greatest things that we have done throughout. I can only hope for this thread to grow, and for people to enjoy it and the rest of the DB forums as much as I have. If you have made Monumental work to different aspects of DB, also feel free to brag about post it here (Cough! Example 3-2, Shameless plug as always).
