Forum Bug? Search Function

I’ve noticed the Search Function only appears while you are viewing a thread. (which is odd as I’m trying to search for a different thread than the one I’m viewing)
It appears to be missing while on on title pages such as Announcements or General Chat, etc.
Which is where I would normally except to see the Search Function if trying to search for a past post/thread.
