I just posted the same comment 3 times (at least) into the bug reports forum. The comment disappears and it seems that nothing happens. A info message appears in the lower left corner overlaying the footer with a transparent background and a small font that the comment has to be approved. It is unobtrusive itself. And the chances to notice it at all is minimal because the comment text fades out at the same time and attracts more attention.

This is working as intended. No moderator was online to approve the posts during that short period. I deleted the duplicates already.
This is not an automated process, so somebody has to be online to approve. After your first approval it shouldn’t be an issue again as your account becomes whitelisted.

The reason I posted this is not the content of the message. This is fine. It’s that the message when posting a comment that is moderated is hidden unformated in the lower right corner. When I posted this discussion the same message was displayed, but on the top of the screen in a grey box so.
