Poor Phoenix, i dont like him but even if i would, out of the last 10 mission refreshs, 6 of them had a Vassilli mission while 0 had a Phoenixmission.

All these people saying that vass has 2 obsidians probably don’t even own a single one for him cause they’re beta fighter cards, all the people saying that phoenix already has an obsidian do own the card cause it’s not even that old.

It’s not about Phoenix getting the obsidian card, which he won’t.
It’s about Vassili NOT getting the obsidian card. Frankly, I would’ve preferred someone like Sparks, Stoker, Fragger or w/e to get an Obsidian, as they’re pretty allround.

Vassili on the other hand, isn’t even in view most of the time. Obsidian wasted.
Proxy or Fletcher would be much nicer.

And the reason why the community is banding together to play Phoenix is because the newbie plebs always swarm to play Vassili, being deadweight for the team. If he makes it into the last round he’s a very likely contender to win, and not because he’s popular, but because noobs squad with him anyway. Snipers are too popular from other games.

On top of the fact that Phoenix is my favorite medic I’d very much like it if week 5 weren’t to be plagued with both Vassili’s who couldn’t hit the broadside of a Dreadnaught while they’re both sitting at a dockyard AND Proxy the Devil Incarnate both trying their hardest to flood every server with them in order to win their cards I’ll never use.

It’s like this pretty much on server I’ve played this week. Outside of a few outliers, average Vassili player level is well below 10.

I think you actually have to play Phoenix, and not just keep him in squad. I remember a post, probably on SDs facebook, where they posted that Phoenix and Vaseline are 113 minutes apart ( when they were both 29%)
Most people have the Spaniard in their barracks, but they like to lube up more
