FOPS Arty throws 2 ammo packs when pressing Q

I just noticed that the Arty throws 2 ammo packs when pressing Q instead of 1. Also the cooldown bar shows that 1 ammo pack was used but 2 ammo packs are lying around.

ye i think we got an old bug back into the game

Still exists, medic has the same prop with the med pack
