Focus on Rhino, Does it affect his Minigun?

Does it actually reduce flinching with his mingun? I’m not sure whether it considers the minigun zoomed in or hip fire.

minigun is hipfired to be sure; didnt see him bring it up to his chin any time.

Focus augment is only applied when aiming down the sight.

he may not raise the gun and look down sight , but look down sight might be a clumsy way of saying pressing rmb , and he dos do that. but as there is so little flinching in the game that being riddles by 50 cal rounds wont throw your aim off a target 500m away, if focus works on anyone or not id still say its utterly useless.
