Flood zone on CW

After the CW map finishes and floods, the flood stays there when the map comes round again.

This happened again later on, but not to all players.

I had an idea that the “late loaders” were underwater, but no-one felt like confirming this or not.

I had it every time except the first time the map was played, from the start without joining mid-way. It cleared itself after the game crashed (for everyone) and the server restarted.
