If you toss your sticky and it stucks on someone but then gets EMPed, that sticky will stay permanently EMPed even if the object that caused it to be EMPed moved away from the sticky(for example, Phantom’s cloak).

How much testing have you done on this? Phantom’s EMP lasts for another five seconds after the stickies rxit his cloak radius.

Got it mid match actually, he was gone for like 2 sec after the EMP ran out and I noticed it cause I had another sticky near me on the wall which wasn’t affected by EMP anymore so I thought the one that got stuck would be back to normal as well.
