Fletcher with Explodehydron/Bigger blast

I’ve noticed that Fletcher, being a guy with bombs, doesn’t have explodehydron or bigger blast as an augment. Do you reckon he should have load outs with those augments?

Fletcher is more about precise explosions rather than explosion spam, so I don’t think he needs it.

Some people think that Lock On for Fletcher may disappear since the sticky bombs does not work like mines anymore, and will be replaced with Explodydendron. This is a change I wouldn’t mind at all in my opinion. Anyway, we’ll be fixed on Lock On for Fletcher once the new update (that’ll fix all non-working augments) will be released.

I see lock on as an useless version of quick draw. Quick draw is a must have perk on Fletchers.

It feels like they’re really cautious with engineer balance. They
probably don’t want him to be really strong offensively.

Does proxy get any explosive buffs for her mine?

Lock on does not work at the moment, on Fletcher as well as on Bushwhacker.

Yes I agree. From some reason some of Fletcher loadouts are bugged, they have faster turret lock on. That perk could be replaced with Explodehydron or whatever the name of the bigger explosion perk is. To be honest Fletcher needs some love in general. Blishlok has insulting accuracy. Either improve it or its rate of fire.

An accuracy buff won’t save the Blishlok alone IMO. It needs both IMO, without falling into the overpowered state of course.

Big ears or sneaky would be really cool on Fletcher since I flank people. Explody not so much. Fletcher is supposed to be precise. The 10% really wouldn’t give you that big of an advantage.

i dont really get the hype for quick draw fletcher.

it doesnt make the bombs go boom faster, and blishlok doesnt benefit from quickdraw the way a shotgun would. Ahnuld with quickdraw is an interesting idea, but def. not worth losing empire9

Perhaps it works for some people, but I’m a much bigger fun of double time, as it allows you to maintain optimal distance against opponents, and dictate the engagement

It speeds up switching between your Sticky Bombs and your Empire 9 : that’s all that matters. It would be even more interesting in a Shotgun + Machine pistol loadout, but maybe it would also be overpowered.

But still, having those augments wouldn’t hurt.
