I saw cards with this passive but i don’t know how it work with Fletcher, it say Mine, turret and automated defense react 30% more quickly.
The sticky bombs aren’t automated so it’s a useless passive on him?

its supposed to be ‘30% faster detonation’ but @Sniff did some video and it doesnt seem to make a difference.
The bombs used to be mines. They would detonate on explode rather quickly due to their 30% increase in detonation time.
The reason for the nerf to the trap effectiveness of it. You could throw a couple along the ground and the first mine would detonate any mines around it causing an instant proxy mine that you could throw long distances.
You also had 4 mines so youcould one shot anything. Dat 400 Damage.
As for the vid I accidentally named them wrong. They should be swapped. The black/grey Empire 9 is the one without the perk and the green Empire 9 is the one with the perk.

It’s me or the gain of time is unnoticeable ? If not litteraly inexistant ?
Yes. It’s either that it either is non existant or increases detonation time by about 33ms
Then it’s either a bug or a big oversight.
@MissMurder : can we have your words about this ? The fact that lock on gives nothing or way too few spoils some loadouts a lot.
SD is aware that it does nothing and (hopefully) will fix it soon, along with the other augments that don’t function.
