Fletcher Detonator overrides Sticky Bomb throwing animation.

I have noticed recently that as Fletcher, when I throw a sticky bomb and press E slightly too early (before throwing animation has completed) that the detonator will override the action, and no sticky bomb will be thrown. I think that I should be allowed to mash the E button to detonate it without it needing to complete the animation first.

Well it could be for safety…logically if you think about it…you’re throwing a bomb…if you haven’t thrown it yet…where is it? On your person…so you want to blow yourself up?

Well, if you are going to throw a bomb, but didn’t let it go and start doing something else instead, it’s logical to keep holding it. Plus, if you could use his stickies are some insta-blow by pressing 2 buttons in a quick sequence, it would be even more annoying to fight good Fletchers.

You want to be able to mash E so it detonates as soon as it leaves your hand?

…Sure, what could go wrong?

But on a different note, it doesn’t seem like you’re using the proper bomb-throwing technique. Pressing Q is for scrubs. Take the bombs out with 4, click and hold mouse to wind back the throw. Then just round the corner and release, comes out almost instantly with only a moment for throwing animation
