For Fletcher, it is highly advised to have either Quick Draw or Lock On and a machine pistol.

Quick Draw and Lock On reduce the time required to kill in the sticky>detonate>shotgun>finish combo. I prefer Quick Draw because guns are useful until they are out of ammo, at which point having a loaded one in your hands quickly is really nice.

A machine pistol is easier to use than the Simeon. Just point in the general direction of target and spray.

The H22 has Lock On and a machine pistol (the Tolen), so it is absolutely usable. Untrackable and Drilled are also solid augments. I personally don’t like shotguns, so I’d use the BL32. That has the Blishlok and Empire-9 with Fail Safe, Springy and Lock On. Fail Safe is handy for sticking shotgun bunnys running at you, Springy is alright and Lock On has been mentioned already.

EDIT: I thought your name looked familiar. Good to know my thoughts on Fletcher loadouts haven’t changed in the past 2 months.

Depends on what you class as “good.” Anything with Lock On or Quick Draw is playable, from there it comes down to preference. I love the Blishlok and hate shotguns, so there are 2 loadouts I like, BL21 and BL32, which I have and alternate between.

That is a call you have to make.

I care more about function than vanity, but I do like my shiny stuff. I would have scrapped that Cobalt immediately because shotgun.

Sure that card isn’t the best, but it’s plenty good, you don’t need to craft a second cobalt, I would get loadouts for other mercs you enjoy
