So I counted down the last minute of week 2 til the new mercs showed up. At first they all had their percentages as zeroes due to the new rotation just starting. so I went over to the barracks and saw that Instead of bushwhacker I had fletcher in free rotation.
Also here is my conspiracy> the order of the mercs when they were at 0 percent is almost as it is now. SO THAT MEANS THAT THE DEVS ALREADY KNEW AND WANT IT TO BE LIKE THAT. DUN DUN DUN…
