Remember, the more annoying you are, the less likely people are to help you and IMO, you are very annoying.

LMAO

This place is becoming funnier and funnier!

([SSM] Shadow Meat) #11

Well IS IT possible???
yes or no?

(EB) #12

Shadow…u need to calm down a bit buddy or I will choose to ignore your posts for the sake of my sanity. You have made alot of posts for NO reason.

-This all depends on how much work you are willing to put into the situation and exactly how big of a light source you are talking about.
Coronas are a good way of changing the soft glow color of a light and they can be setstated. Shaders can illuminate to an extent but do you know anything about shader syntax’ing ?
D-lights can be set to go off in a pattern with which timed properly thru techniques can display a colorful lightshow but with a negative effect on FPS.

So, before you make your next 100 posts…what are you trying to do with this ? (you need to give more information in the priming [1st post]of your threads, we are not in your head)
:bash: <Think of that as a soft hammer

([SSM] Shadow Meat) #13

so, it is possible?
YAY!!!
Now im gonna try and spend a month trying to work out how!

(Schaffer) #14

You could have already been three hours into that month if you had just tried to find out by yourself

([SSM] Shadow Meat) #15

Well it needs to be big enoth to fill a small-ish room with light

([SSM] Shadow Meat) #16

My first attempt at a flashing light lol:

(FireFly) #17

First: flooding this forum will only result in being ignored…
2nd: your question was:

Is it possible to have a flashing or changing colur light???

This question was allready answered by EB:

If you need a month trying to figure out how dlights work, I suggest you find another hobby instead of mapping. (no offense…)

(CooperHawkes) #18

if you spend more of your time using the search function (instead of hitting this forum with your childish requests for instant answers) you might notice that the same topic has been discussed some days ago…
btw: you might get faster and better replies when you don’t make your audience to feel as your personal slaves willing to answer all your questions.
