I just got Arty as well. No new post in the news section, so I’m unsure if this is intentional or not, possibly to give every player 3 permanent mercs incase they don’t like swapping each week.

If it is intentional, they’ll hopefully refund credits to people who bought him, or at least people who bought him very recently.
