fixed player names?

hey guys,

because in a other forum there was a quote about the player names will be fixed, and taken from the steam account is this true?
no way to change the player name?

i create for every steam game a new “steam is only drm crap :eek:” account with some random bull***** names, dunno if i like that kind of names for a game …

its the steam name you are showing to your friends etc, best example for you probably is, tf2 uses the same system (:

SpawnTDK brink does not uses your steam account name, it uses ur current nick, just open settings in steam change ur nick and thas the nick that will show ingame.
