FIX IN BETA: TOO MANY MEDICS!!!!!

First let me state that I absolutely LOVE this game, and it makes me feel like I am back in W.E.T once again!

While its in beta I have a lot of ideas that could improve this game drastically and to start this off… PLEASE make a cap that doesn’t allow more than so many medics on a team. 5 people constantly picking people back up can make it very annoying to play against. Anyone else that agrees with this please bump!

omg yes i got spawn camped once cause half the enemy team were shotgun medics

You guys are clearly new. Don’t worry, it’ll all sort itself out eventually. The huge influx of new players mean that everyone is stuck using either Aura, Skyhammer, or free rotation. As a result, he first month after the game has hit Open Beta, it’ll mostly be a lot of newbs playing the free classes. After a month, the chaff will be separated from the rest, and only the people who actually like DB will stay, and you’ll start to see more Team Variety.

Not to mention, it seems alot of the newer players don’t know how to change the Mercs they carry with them in a squad, so you see a lot of Skyhammer and Aura in Casual Play.

Medics themselves aren’t the problem, its more reviving that’s the problem. You can revive people way to quickly and instantly, there should really be some sort of cooldown on the paddles or a minimum time needed before someone can be revived, etc.
