Do you want to enable a special sort of mines in jaymod?
Or do you want these mines to be ported to another mod?

nope, you cant change in gaymod the damage. maybe a reason to change to nq or etpub?

YOU CANT DECOMPILE DLL´s and SO´s!!! Download etpub source, build all features from gaymod in etpub, then you can make it.

Isn’t the source of jaymod also available?
An alternative might be that in NQ weapons are configurable via textfiles as far as I remember.

jaymod is dead and closed source. Noquarter is closed source, only 1.2.3 is avaible. the sourcecode 1.2.7 is still arround in the internet. yes on nq you can change the .weap files.
