Fire emblem fates
Idk when I’m going to get it or if I’m ever going to do so.
Personally I didn’t really like Awakening a whole lot when it comes to double attacks (just having 5 Spd to double attack instead of having something like in GameBoy Advance Fire Emblems where you need 4 attack speed but it’s calculated: Speed – (Weapon Weight – Constitution, take as 0 if negative)) and pair up mechanic instead of rescue mechanic (the unit that’s rescuing another unit loses half of their Skl and Spd… and you can only rescue units that have lower Con stat).
Also while there was light magic which apparently was an justification for not having magic weapon triangle at all… even tho there are Fire Emblem games with anima magic triangle (fire > wind > thunder > fire)… and now in Fates it seems the stripped dark magic as well… meanwhile Radiant Dawn had yer regular magic triangle (light > dark > anima > light) and anima magic triangle.
I suppose all this complexity had to be taken away if you’re going to make a waifu simulator.

Mhm i agree on brithright its a little downgraded but conquest is a lil more complex. No infinite exp and gold grinding makes you think more how to invest your resources etc. If you want to manipulate the stats on lvl up , you have to start the whole stager over. No quickload like in the advance version to try getting a better lvl up. And while they removed some features they also added some great things like abillities.
The whole waifu thing is just a lil extra , they removed some features regarding that anyways in the western version like petting your allies with the touchscreen to increase the support lvl (wtf ?) You do it mainly for the children, which is a nice feature.
