First off, nerf Sparks’ medic gun. That thing’s ridiculous, and is a REAL turn-away to low level players.
How would you go around nerfing it?
Add a 5 second cooldown to it for whenever it fires. Either that, or make it completely unable to do damage to enemies. 45 damage because I looked in Sparks’ direction when she had unlimited ammo shouldn’t be a thing.
Next up, nerf the defibrilators on all medics. Give them a slight maybe 2 second cooldown on revives. Being able to constantly spam revive your allies, making any and all kills null and void isn’t something you want if you want this game to be taken remotely seriously in terms of competitive play.
Also, while we’re at it, add multiple spawn waves, in a similar fashion to TF2. This goes with the “kills null and void” deal. About 4, I’d say, and then you can update the hud to show
Fourth, make matchmaking ranks count for something. I’m at gold 5 getting matched against elites. That’s something that makes this game excessively unplayable in ranked. Whenever I get a good game, I love it, but those games are few and far between unless I stack with players.
In terms of the other mercs, most of them I’m fine with. I think Aura’s speed should be lowered JUST a little, by like 10 units at most, and that nader’s ability should be nerfed to have 4 grenades instead of 5, but I’m fine with them as they are. Headshots easily take care of them.
That’s pretty much what I think. Feel free to post on it. I may be a bit harsh, and some mains of Sparks, Aura, and Nader are gonna whine at me, but whatever.
