Fatigue / Sprint

Hey guys, sorry to ask this question on this board but since there isnt much activity for the RTCW forum side, i was wondering if someone could help me here?
i was wondering where i might find the fatigue / sprint bar charge value? so i can replace it with a cvar? just like in shrub on rtcw g_fatiguerate
