I like the game to a certain point, hoping to get little things ironed out.
I would like the Sprint speed upped maybe 10-15% for the Medium, and Light weight classes.
You are not allowed to spawn at new points taken over, or off of other players. This is exactly why a little buff in sprint speed makes such sense.
How do you guys feel about it?
Honestly, I’ve never felt it a chore getting from one side of the map to the other and I’ve never felt too slow.
I main a Heavy Engineer mostly (sometimes Medic or Assault). For poops and chuckles I decided to roll with the skinny when I unlocked the body type. OMG! I was zooming all over the place hopping off of walls, climbing up onto ledges that I had no business reaching. It was fantastic! I could get back into a battle or run away at lightning speed. Of course, I died a lot faster too and I missed my Sasha.
So then I went back to Heavy after a day of Skinny fun. Ugh, slow as molasses! At least I’ve got my bullet hose back.

another thing I’ve noticed is that wallhopping is faster than sprinting, so I try to link those to fly instead of run
Even a Heavy can sprint at the speed of a Light. Simply select a buff skill and target a friendly sprinting in front of you. As you get close to the character let go of the buff button and then quickly hold it down again. By doing this you can make a Heavy keep up with the Light so long as they do not take any shortcuts. Very useful for getting back into the fight after a respawn.
If you want to go fast play as the light body type. I was playing as medium only up untill recently and I can’t believe I didn’t make the switch sooner. Take an SMG and a decent pistol and you are going to own up close. The run speed is just amazing. you can get around like mad and go places no one else can get to. At the moment I like jumping back up onto the Balcony on Aqarium near the service door.
I do play as Light Weight. The Sprint Speed is way too slow. Changing FOV to simulate faster speeds is just that, simulated. Once these pak files can be opened, I’m going to increase sprint speed, better grenade damage, and actually make the turrets useful.
