Yes, a real 1vs1 is totally legal. The question was about a game where 1vs1 both people only disable and repair the EV all the time to get points.

Yes, but how is the game going to distinguish the two? The only way to tell the difference is to have a human verify one or the other, which isn’t realistic.
How about them just toning down the XP/credit gain for underpopulated servers (if it’s actually a problem). Have it scale from little at 1v1 to max at 5v5 or something. It’s not like you play to farm XP/credits in friendly 1v1s.[/quote]
The same way stuff like cheating/harrasing is handled (if this is a bannable practice). You send a ticket to the support guys with as much infos as possible (server name, time, player names, screenshots, vids) explaining the situation.
Support most likely will than look at the server logfiles and see 2 players, that have zero kills / zero death 30k gaming XP and the EV changing states over and over again.
And that would be a ban. No need for a game system that prevents that really the actual advantage isn’t that big but might be affecting enough that Nexon wants it not to happen (it devalues missions / levelgates / bragging rights). If thats the case it should be reported.
