Face, voice got changed?

I created my main/first character with the Psycho look/Damian O’Hare voice. But for some reason, it glitched out when switching between characters, and my face has become “The Look” and some voice I don’t know. It also removed the tattoos and scars I had applied when I first made the character.

Has anyone found a reproducable bug to switch it around? I swear it copied it from another character I had made, but now I can’t get it to switch back through trying to reproduce the glitch. Failing that; does anyone know if any character files are stored locally? Or is it the steam servers only?

I’d like to add this is incredibly frustrating to happen at level 19. Meaning I can’t just churn out a new character to get past it.

Reproduced Bug (AKA, FIXED IT):

Say you want the face from character #2 on your #1 character.

Create Character #2 with the face/voice you want. Then return to the character select screen. Select the character. Then go to customize. Hit “Done”.

Select Character 1, then click “Select character”. From there, go to your weapons customization. Select any weapon - then while the weapon is selected, change your faction to the other and then click “done.” Once you get back to the main weapon screen, you’ll notice the character behind your weapon overlay is your #2 character (Armor and all). From there, go back to appearance customization, change some clothes, then hit “Done” so it saves.
