And for you who want a marking ability, why not make him a walking short range heartbeat sensor in stealth?

“His cloak is too loud!” Make it movement dependent like his visibility.

Phantom needs speed more then anything imo, what’s the point of playing a cloaked merc that punishes you for going too quick when you have proxy wall long jumping at high speeds being much sneakier for eg.

I agree with verticallyobese. Just want to add: radius and EMP effect should depend on time spent in Refractive armor. And maybe reduce the minimum cooldown from 6 to 4 seconds.

Because that’s essentially wall hacks due to Phantom’s weapon selection

The loudness is already decided by the movement speed, they just need to adjust it more.
They need to change him completely, add a new spotting ability and change how his cloak works.
If you give him spotting radius while invisible, it will make him even more visible than he is now…
