Extreme performance issues since last update (19/08)

Hello guys
Since yesterday after the update, my CPU is now running at 100% on all his cores when I launch Dirty Bomb and it’s even worse when i’m actually playing the game. I started playing in a server as Red Eye, just threw a smoke bomb and turned on my goggles, instantly my fps dropped to nearly 0, then after 5 more seconds it froze with only the goggles atmospheric sound playing. My computer didnt react to anything so I had to restart it completely.
Days prior to the update the game ran perfectly well for hours and hours of intensive gameplay in full max settings.
I hope you will be able to fix that.
I run it on
i5 4670k
R9 290 tri x OC

I’m getting the same issue, I used to run the game well over 100fps and now I struggle to run it at 60, it’s made it unplayable and I hope they fix it
