I know Right! Haha! I actually used prone a lot in ET before it was nerfed and had that hitch and get up hitch in it. Heck I had Zazeem in my clan! That guy could out prone and was one of the best rnades in the game.
I remember my alpha championship match vs u5 and i was a proning machine vs them haha.
I think it did take a little skill because you had to drop all your movement keys so you could continue to shoot while proning, plus then get up while also still shooting.

I know he made one but he didnt use it. It was faster to not. I know a lot a jaymod and shrub users lived by it.
it was really just a wiggle script, and he def used it when shrugging was a thing
