Interesting patch, like the changes I’ve seen so far.
FPS ingame seems significantly better with the correct settings, but the menu is locked to 70 fps and feels extremely sluggish – bug or something to do with my settings?
i have a simple question…
im using the same config for the last 3 builds
1.patch 150-220fps
2.patch 90-130fps
last patch 20-50fps (all on a full 16 slot server)
at the next patch i get 1 fps or what?
this is not funny anymore… gg sd
Without providing any more details (what rig you have, drivers, what’s in the config you’re using) this post is worthless to SD. I perosnally had a quite significent fps gain on most maps actually.

Same for me and several people mentioned that too
higher framerate with vanilla low settings, but more unstable/framedrops in fights. 17 wonderful frames per second in barracks/server menu.
basically i’m back to where i was in mid-july, whatever build that was.
edit: hm, i get 333ish fps in barracks/server menu when Video/Post Process has been turned OFF. damn thing doesn’t want to stay OFF, though…
It was Toomic’s fault. If he hadn’t been off then this would never have happened!
On the note of unpenalized jumping, it seems that you return to walking for just a split-second when you land, but if you jump again you’ll do so at walking speed.
Seems like sprint input needs to be continuous, and not cancelled by jumping.
Why? the system last patch was better, just needed tweaking to work properly.
Thank you especially for these changes!!!
I really hope Camden invisible steps have been fixed.
Question: is the limbo menu unresponsiveness fixed now with UI/limbo overhaul?

Whyyyyy? Sorry but it unfortunately sounds like dumbing down the objectives. Now this will be a king of the hill objective - I can see it being very hard now to smoke the attackers out of those objective areas since they can now immediately shoot while looking at the room entrance. But let’s see how it is played. I just wonder what was the reason for such change. Areas are ok for TDM but here?

Yes, sure have a tiny delay before you can jump again but don’t slow the player down to walking pace.
It plays very well, I find this stage to be more balanced now. Last night when I was capping the rooftop controls, it was a red circle then it went all the way until it turned into a blue circle too, so I’m not sure if it can be re-capped by defence if it’s not fully capped.
I wouldn’t mind a short “link time” with the objective, just a couple seconds with your PDA to start capturing in the area.
I love the new update ! Definitely going in the right direction now.
I love the work on the sounds, the guns sound a bit more powerful to me. I’d like though that they also look a bit more powerful.
Yes agreed this is the first thing I noticed, sounds for the ones used at pax seem to have much more bass.
That was my experience. Also is pretty interesting alternative obj type imo and is much less of a slow grind. I like it a lot more.

Same problem here, before the patch with post process, I had more than 120fps. Now in very low I have a lot of drops at 50/60 fps (on a server with 11 players).
Config :
I5 2500k
660ti
8go ram
I like everythink you changed but why didnt you lower the bodyshot damage? Now it feels like very nub friedly. You dont need to aim for the head because the bodyshot damage is to high
