Extraction - Not launching and no forum access

I have tried to launch the game on two different computers after downloading and redeeming the key. The game attempts to load (loading mouse cursor) then disappears. I would post this on the Extraction Nexon forums but since I apparently do not have the proper permissions to access the forum that isn’t possible; great start so far.

Forum access takes up to 2 hours to confirm. Something to do with the systems.

About the game, are you using windows 8?
Is your firewall blocking it?

If neither of the above no idea ;C

Tried on a Windows 7 and Windows 8 system, no firewall enabled in either case.
I’ve been “registered” for about 26 hours, still can’t access the forum there.

The 2 hour thing is from when you create your forum name - have you done that already?

For the forum, try to clear the browser cache, close the browser, retry to log in.
For the game, did you tried to run it as admin?

Yes; I have tried running as an admin and running in compatibility mode on both computers. (Win 7/Win 8)

Thank you, it was the setup of a forum name that didn’t complete yesterday when I attempted to. Sort of like when people were attempting to change their already provided names and it wasn’t allowing the change until later in the day.

The issue appears resolved for Windows 7; was related to DirectX. I will have to troubleshoot further at home on Win8

its ben a long time now and i still dont have access to the forums, im using a forum name from when i played dragon nest, any1 got any ideas on what to do?

If you’re on Win 8.1 there is a known bug with this, if Win 8.0 then you found a new issue.
