Extracting files ?

Hello, first of all i’d like to say that i’m really loving the game and that i play it pretty much daily.
I’m here to ask if it would be possible (and even legal) to extract files from the game such as models and sounds, for instance to port them for the source engine and SFM.
I tried this software called Simple PCK utility that i found on SourceForge but sadly it’s only made for other Nexon games.
So what about it ?

extracting assets would be in contravention to EULA, so not legal
