I have tested this abit further and disabling the Aero theme is the only thing that makes it marginally better (at least in my case).

One Monitor at 144hz and one at 120hz

While I play DB now I WIN+P and shut the top monitor off!

Most maps I get 300 to 600 Frames with huge dips to 200ish and I have even seen 180’s…

I have now capped my frames at 160 for a random number ha

600? I am happy with a stable 60 and the max I have seen is 130 haha
