I started a new soldier character this weekend and I noticed something odd. Before getting the Extra Magazine skill, I would start with 200 rounds in my minigun with no clip. If I gave myself ammo I’d get an additional 200 rounds as a clip.
Then, if a soldier with Extra Magazine buffed me I’d get 200 rounds in my gun and 400 rounds in clips. After that, if I had say 200 rounds in my gun a 300 rounds in clips and I tried to give myself ammo I’d drop to 200 rounds in gun and 200 rounds in clip. D’oh?
Maybe I misunderstand how this is supposed to work but giving myself ammo, regardless of what skills I have, should never decrease my total amount of ammo. Also, according to the skill’s description (second sentence) that shouldn’t be how this skill behaves anyway.
Subsequent resupply by Soldiers will fill up ammo to the increased limit.
That should include self resupply.
