Explosion textures and class graphics not appearing

I have a computer up to all the standard requirements and even in low quality mode the bullet and explosion animations are replaced with black box’s

Plus class graphics, like on the command post show up weirdly
ill post a pic soon.

if there is any solution please help, thanks

it turns out the black box’s are actually the backgrounds of the effects like smoke and dusk clouds, but the game isnt making them translucent, tried restarding any ideas
