Experience after level 20

Just making sure I’m not missing something.

When reading all the pre-launch info, I’m 90% sure I remember reading that you would be able to gain experience after reaching level 20 that you could transfer to other characters to level them.

Is that mechanic gone? If not, where is it?

I think its gone… I manually played all my chars to the max
