Type of Bug: Gameplay Bug / Glitch
Description: Stoker’s incendiary grenade remains after round resets, killing everyone when used on enemy’s spawn at the last moment of previous round

Steps to reproduce: Just throw incendiary grenade right before the round resets
Result: Everyone dies at freezetime
Expected result: No one must die at freezetime
Reproduction rate: Just once, but it was happening the whole game
