Execution spawn issue

When I tried to start a vote while count down in execution, I spawned, but could not move or shoot as if it was still count down. Then my team kicked me by vote for being afk. And then game hanged, so I had to kill the process via task manager. Very “nice” experience. Here is a video of this issue:

Thanks sly! I know this is being looked into, I don’t have any updates as of yet.
