Event skin has been shown several times?

Watch the turtle preview, the shield killing arty has a sand blue gun with a hex patterned rubber accent. This is seen again on one S&W skin and one hochfir skin (both wielded by turtle) in the turtle merc role call. Event skin confirmed?
If so I love it.

I like it better actually. But I like things with more a matte look and industrial style.

Yeah, something just feels wrong about sci-fi skins, or going all da Vinci on a gun. Plus, they look awful in potato configs.

Honestly its quite nice. Has a simplistic hex pattern all over with little accents elsewhere.
