With Turtle being one foot in the door of Dirty Bomb. What kind of event would fit him and what skin would fit the 2/3 man, 1/3 robot combat engineer Turk?

Fix’n’weld update.
Finally tearing down the ridicule system of having skins & loadouts stuck together, allowing us to merge whatever skin (perhaps per-merc) to whatever loadout we want (obviously only once per skin+loadout)
- with this, new skin rarities would be introduced and event skins obviously drop from cases
Major bugfixing update, content is nice and all that but wont stop advertising hard work coding and QA team are doing!
Pub matchmaking introduced, attempting to offer some fixing to “balance issues” felt throughout the community
Ranked ELO system fixed; now takes into account individual performance a little more (in whatever way SD deems best) when counting ELO changes.
Fixed Dockyard and Gallery are introduced.
Community servers are finally released in form or another, welding teared apart community back together and sparking light into darkness of inequality and separation.
Turtle is added to the roster as final “re-released” merc and first free engineer, however “Supporter” special skin can be bought to him alongside Elite Case bundle with a price of 10€ as mercs normally.
This would finally fix gaping holes in my heart burned by what is lacking and issued in this fine title.

When: Nobody knows.
General Buffs and Nerfs: Nerfing/Buffing weapons and abilities nobody was complaining about, except of course if we get enough complaints about someone doing something clearly wrong.
Ex: “Rhino is OP because I ran at him as Spark with my knife out down a long narrow hallway while he’s facing me, minigun spooling so he killed me easily.”
"I got hit by a single Molotov/Grenade, so it’s obviously a Molotov/Grenade spam
Bug Fixes: Nothing was fixed, infact more bugs.
New Map/Mechanic: Who cares you’ll all just ignore it like Dome.
